Note 1: The item is requesting a decrease of $500,000 in fiscal year 2000 and an increase in fiscal year 2001
to balance the current bond payment budget to actual estimated payment for this biennium.
Note 2: This is a technical change in fund designation for the currently authorized $36.3 million in funding
for the Spokane Health Sciences Building. The House and Senate Capital requests include this technical adjustment.
Note 3: WSU proposed this as a capital funding item whereas the Governor and Legislature included it as operating funds.
